With six years of specialism in board evaluation, James has worked extensively with boards of FTSE-listed organisations and financial services. He was part of a team which undertook the main work stream for the FRC’s Culture Coalition in 2016, which included interviews with CEOs, Company Secretaries and 65 Chairmen from the FTSE 350.
